Job Description

  • Supervise workers daily on site
  • Liaise and work closely with clients, contractors and suppliers to complete projects
  • Plan, organize and direct the schedule of a construction project to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate meetings for project updates and ongoing work schedules
  • Supervise work performed by workers and contractors
  • Have in-depth knowledge of materials, building codes and regulations
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong team philosophy and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently in a busy environment and multi-task
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry preferred
