Supervisor and General Foreman (M&E)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily M&E site activities (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, etc.).

• Ensure works comply with approved drawings and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other trades.

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

• Enforce site safety regulations and company policies.

• Conduct inspections and quality control checks.

• Manage manpower allocation and productivity.

• Resolve site issues and technical challenges promptly.

• Ensure proper documentation (method statements, inspection requests, material approvals).

• Support testing and commissioning activities.

  
  Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • 3-5+ years of relevant M&E site supervision experience.

  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings and M&E systems.

  • Familiar with local building codes and safety regulations.

  • Good leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
