Education & Qualifications

Scondary Education

Experience
Supervisor: Minimum 1-2 years experience in M&E supervision roles.
General Foreman: Minimum 1-2 years experience, including leadership of multiple M&E teams or large-scale M&E works.
Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or high-rise projects is an advantage.

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, electrical distribution, ELV systems.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Familiarity with M&E codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Knowledge of site coordination, quality assurance, and HSE protocols.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions.
