SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

Supervise and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical(M&E) works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with approveddrawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor site progress and ensure M&E installations are completed accordingto project schedule and quality standards.

Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and projectteams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.

Ensure all M&E works comply with BCA regulations, Singapore standards, andrelevant authority requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety practices, andcompliance with approved method statements.

Review and verify shop drawings, material submissions, and method statementsbefore site implementation.

Assist in resolving technical issues and coordination conflicts betweenarchitectural, structural, and M&E works.

Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH)regulations on site.

Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.

Supervise testing and commissioning activities for M&E systems.

Ensure proper installation, testing, and handover of M&E services,including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.

Coordinate with relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliancewhere required.

Strong site coordination, supervision, and communication skills.
