SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:
As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the retails operation, quality control, and team management aspects of our retails and product division. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Feng Shui precious metal and jewellery stones products, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Description:
.Cooperate and coordinate the daily operations of the suppliers and delivery team, ensuring adherence to products quality is up to standards and accuracy.
.Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance in the retails outlet.
.Collaborate with the operations team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs, adhering to Feng Shui standards.
.Research and develop with the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
.Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotations, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies of products, materials and packaging materials.
.Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment in the outlet for all employees.
.Analyze packaging data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
.Need to work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and overtime.
Working Location: Bugis.

Requirement:

. At least 6 Year(s) of professional Feng Shui experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and teamwork skills.

. Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently.

. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.

. Time management/meticulous and mature in work.
