- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Develop project strategies.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards best solution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in timely method.
- Liaise with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Responsible for planning and supervising the site progress and coordination with sub-contractors/consultants.
- Attend site meeting & liaise with clients on all project issues.
- Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out.
- Ensure timely delivery & keep track of all incoming materials for assigned projects.
- Understanding of architectural trades.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments.
- Good personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
