Job Summary
Lead and supervise staff to maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to shift schedules (including nights and weekends) and responding promptly to customer enquiries in a dynamic on-site production environment.
Responsibilities
- Adapt work schedules to cover shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuous operational support
- Lead and supervise 15 production staff on-site to achieve and maintain productivity and quality standards
- Coordinate multiple operational tasks and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of objectives
- Respond to customer service enquiries by delivering clear and timely information to resolve issues effectively
Preferred competencies
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in management, support, and operations to contribute to diverse business functions
- Demonstrated leadership experience in supervising teams to achieve operational goals
- Ability to work independently and maintain resilience to adapt and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
