SUPERVISOR

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, manpower deployment, and subcontractor activities.Plan work schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved within deadlines.Monitor productivity, quality standards, and compliance with technical drawings/specifications.Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.Ensure strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations.Troubleshoot complex on-site operational and technical issues.Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and authorities.Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, permits, and documentation.Manage material ordering, stock control, and equipment maintenance schedules.Train and guide workers on work procedures and safety practices.Optimize manpower allocation to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.Attend project meetings and provide updates to management.Handle emergency situations, incidents, and urgent rectification works.Ensure all works comply with Singapore MOM, BCA, and project requirements.Support final testing, commissioning, and project handover.
