SUPERVISOR

Oversees daily shipbuilding, repair, or conversion projects, ensuring compliance with safety (WSH), quality, and technical standards while managing labor and schedules. Key responsibilities include coordinating on-site fabrication, managing subcontractor performance, conducting safety briefings, and reporting project progress.

Site Supervision & Safety: Supervise onsite fabrication, assembly, and installation, ensuring compliance with safety standards and risk assessment procedures.

Production Planning: Manage the daily schedule, manpower, tools, and materials to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Technical Coordination: Act as the client representative, coordinating with subcontractors, surveyors, and owners to ensure technical specifications are met.

Quality Control: Inspect work for quality, manage documentation, and handle non-conformities.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate workers to maintain productivity and safety.
