Team Leadership: Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of technicians to meet productivity and safety standards.

Training & Development: Conducting on-the-job training and safety briefings

Quality Assurance: Performing site inspections and follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues.

Administrative Duties: Assisting in job scheduling, inventory management for chemicals/equipment, and preparing basic performance reports for senior management.
