Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop annual, monthly, and weekly production plans, and allocate production tasks reasonably across workshops and assembly lines.

Quality and Process Control: Monitor every stage from fabric inspection and sample evaluation to cutting, sewing, pressing, and packaging to ensure mass production meets quality standards.

Progress and Delivery Tracking: Follow up on order progress throughout the entire process, coordinate departments to resolve production bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.

Cost and Efficiency Optimization: Analyze production costs, assess risks, optimize manufacturing processes, and reduce waste by improving operational efficiency.

Outsourced Processing Management: Responsible for selecting subcontractors, cost verification, capacity assessment, and overseeing quality and delivery timelines for outsourced orders.

Team Management and Training: Establish and improve the production management system, refine personnel performance evaluation, and provide training in craftsmanship and workplace safety.
