SUPERVISOR

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing, food production or commercial kitchen environment, with a proven track record in leading production or operations teams and overseeing daily operations.

Leadership & People Management

Strong ability to lead, motivate and coach production and operations staff, including conducting shift briefings, delegating tasks and managing staff schedules.

Quality & Operations

Ensure product quality, operational efficiency and timely production while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Operational & Financial Acumen

Solid knowledge of production planning, inventory management, cost control and production reporting. Experience with production or inventory systems is an advantage.

Compliance

Knowledge of Singapore SFA regulations, food hygiene standards and workplace safety requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance across the team.
