SUPERVISOR

We are looking for the person who is responsible for overseeing daily CNC machining operations, managing a team of machine operators, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing machine utilization. This role requires strong technical knowledge of CNC machinery, leadership skills, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Team Management:

Supervise, train, and mentor CNC machine operators and setters.

Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor operator performance.

Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or disciplinary actions when necessary.

Production Oversight:

Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet deadlines.

Ensure all CNC machines (milling, turning, routing, etc.) are set up and operated correctly.

Monitor production output, cycle times, and machine efficiency.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet engineering drawings and tolerances.

Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve machining defects or discrepancies.
