Responsibilities:

Coordinate activities i.e receiving, storing & shipping to optimize operational flow & team collaboration.

Maintain inventory records & conduct cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Plan and allocate resources to meet operational demands, productivity & minimizing downtime.

Work with internal departments to prioritize & manage incoming/outgoing shipments.

Conduct inspections & audits to uphold cleanliness & compliance with quality standards.

Manage and resolve warehouse issues to maintain positive employee relations and operational.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitor and enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Prepare & analyze reports on productivity, inventory & shipping/receiving accuracy..
