We are a MUIS Halal-certified food and beverage company in Singapore, operating a restaurant focused on quality food, strict Halal compliance, and efficient daily operations. We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to lead and support daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily stall or restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Lead and coordinate staff to maintain service efficiency
- Prepare staff duty roster and assign daily tasks
- Handle cashiering and ensure proper daily sales recording
- Monitor food preparation and ensure compliance with Halal and food safety standards
- Resolve customer feedback and operational issues
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering
- Train new staff and guide junior team members
- Ensure cleanliness and proper implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Able to communicate in English
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
