Summer Internship (pupillage.co) 2026

 Dates: 18 May – 12 June 2026

Location: On-site, Singapore

Type:Full-time Internship

What You'll Actually Do This isn't a fetch coffee and shadow people internship. Our program is structured in two parts, designed to give you both the foundation and the real world exposure most internships skip.

Part 1 — Classroom Training (4 Weeks) You'll go through structured training on the core pillars of financial planning, including:

  • Insurance and risk management
  • Investment planning and wealth accumulation
  • Retirement and estate planning
  • Tax and financial planning fundamentals
  • Client engagement and consultation frameworks

  • We'll also sponsor your certification examination fees, giving you a recognised industry qualification to take with you — regardless of where your career leads next.

Part 2 — On-the-Ground Experience (If Selected) Top-performing interns will be invited into the second phase: real, hands-on experience working alongside our consultants. You'll be involved in:

    • Prospecting and business development
    • Client engagement and meeting preparation
    • Sitting in on actual client planning sessions with your mentor
    • Building your own pipeline under guided mentorship
    • Learning how successful advisors think, sell, and serve

    Who We're Looking For

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
    • Sharp thinker, strong analytical, research, and writing skills
    • Organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts
    • Comfortable with Social Media (Instagram, Linkedin, XHS)
    • A learner's mindset. Coachable, curious, and not afraid to ask questions

    What You'll Walk Away With

    • A recognised financial planning certification (fees sponsored)
    • Real exposure to a premium financial advisory team
    • Mentorship from experienced consultants
    • Practical skills in research, analysis, and client communication
    • A clear answer to the question: Is this the career for me
