Summer Intern (PME)

NTUC PME is a community dedicated to providing support for Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs) who share common interests in workplace, career and professional development.

In this rapidly evolving work environment, PMEs face significant employment challenges and are actively seeking opportunities for advancement. NTUC PME aims to empower you to chart your career path, impart knowledge on work-related matters and facilitate connections with our strong network of partners.

Internship with NTUC PME (Insights and Strategic Alignment)

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful intern to join the team and create a difference in the working lives of working Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs).

• Create compelling stories from our success cases to be shared on social media
• Contribute ideas to create greater awareness among PMEs about their employment rights and available support options
• Develop a playbook for PMEs on Workplace Fairness Act/ Termination of Employment
• Support logistics, collateral design and on-site event operations
• Support workforce related desk research

Requirements

• All interested undergraduates are welcome to apply!
• Some background in human resource, employment laws and/or research is preferred
• Strong knowledge in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Basic graphic design skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
