NTUC Youth is the youth wing of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). Since our founding in April of 2005, NTUC Youth has grown to over 180,000 members aged 35 years and below and strive to give voice to the needs and aspirations of young workers.
NTUC Youth supports youth in their professional and personal growth to achieve their aspirations through a multitude of purposeful activities and opportunities. In collaboration with our wide network of partners ranging from unions to companies and government agencies, we can provide:

Internship with NTUC Youth (Membership)
1. Membership Recruitment and Campaign Management
- Support Recruitment Initiatives Assist in implementing and testing new membership recruitment channels.
- Campaign Management Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of membership campaigns, including managing terms & conditions and overseeing fulfilment processes.
2. Membership Servicing
- Digital Platform Operations Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Progressive Web App (PWA), including creating and updating membership plan pages and content, in collaboration with the Membership Team.
3. Research and Insights
- Research & Insights Conduct market research, focus groups, and surveys to gather insights on youth preferences and membership behaviour.
- Data Analysis Analyse data related to membership sign-ups, conversions, and retention to inform strategic decisions.
4. Membership Engagement and Retention
- Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Development Assist in conceptualising and developing CVPs to strengthen membership offerings.
- Engagement & Retention Strategies Contribute to the development of strategies to drive member engagement, improve retention, and enhance conversion rates.
