Job Description:

The job responsibilities associated with this role may be expected to include but not limited to:

1. Provide day-to-day support for customer servicerelated activities and client-facing operations, assisting with basic client-related tasks and coordination

,

2. Support the review, documentation, and continuous improvement of client-facing processes and related Policies & Procedures (PnP), including those covering client onboarding, share transfers, fund transfers, and other post-onboarding services, to enhance service efficiency and client experience

3. Assist in the development and maintenance of a standardized customer service framework, such as compiling client Q&A lists, organizing frequently asked questions (FAQs), and supporting the standardization of response guidelines

4. Maintaining cooperative relationships with all relevant stakeholders across supporting departments for continuous advancement of operating efficiency and consistency for Wealth Management Department

5. Perform other ad hoc customer servicerelated support tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values

,

2. Master degree or above, preferably in financial relevant majors

,

3. Strong Passion and commitment for financial service industry, especially Private Client Service

,

4. Hardworking and persistent

5. A helpful team player and effective communicator

6. Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy

7. Good communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

,

8. Good command of both verbal and written in English and Mandarin
