JOB TYPE:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define end-to-end HR solution architecture across SAP SuccessFactors, legacy systems, and manual processes.
- Develop a harmonized global HR architecture while supporting regional and legal entity requirements.
- Lead architecture strategy for system consolidation, simplification, scalability, and transformation.
- Define integration and contingency architecture across HR platforms.
- Translate business objectives into a technology-enabled HR transformation roadmap.
- Assess and optimize multi-instance SAP SuccessFactors landscapes.
- Design architecture for consolidation, federation, and governance of SF environments.
- Establish standards for system configuration, extensibility, and governance.
- Provide architecture leadership across all SuccessFactors modules
- Design and standardize digital HR processes across global entities.
- Enable workflow automation and HR service delivery solutions.
- Design SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow integration architecture.
- Support modernization of HR operating models and employee experiences.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR Technology and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale global HR transformation programs.
- Experience managing multi-instance SAP SuccessFactors landscapes.
- Experience supporting global organizations with multiple legal entities and joint ventures.
- Experience in HR operating model transformation and process digitization.
- Experience in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
- Exposure to M&A, carve-outs, or multi-entity harmonization projects.
- Strong knowledge of:Employee Central (EC),Compensation & Variable Pay,Recruiting
- Learning Management System (LMS),Performance & Goals,Succession & Career Development Planning (CDP),Time Management
- Knowledge of EC Payroll (preferred).
