Act as the primary contact for SAP SuccessFactors support, handling user queries and resolving issues across various modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance & Goals.
Perform system monitoring, data validation, and routine health checks.
Coordinate with SAP and internal IT teams to manage incidents, troubleshoot technical errors, and track resolutions.
Support HR users with process execution, navigation, and reporting in SuccessFactors.
Assist with system updates, releases, and regression testing.
Document issues, resolutions, and process updates to build a knowledge base.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to HR policies.
Provide end-user training and guidance on best practices.
