SUBJECT TUITION TEACHER - ENGLISH

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

. Bachelor's Degree in Education, or a related field (preferred) or Diploma in Education, Teaching, or relevant certification for non-degree holders).

. Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the local curriculum.

. Professional teaching certification (optional but advantageous).

JOB DETAILS:

Teaching & Lesson Planning

. Prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students needs and learning levels.

. Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the curriculum.

. Use innovative teaching methods to enhance understanding and retention.

Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring

. Assess students strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.

. Provide regular feedback and performance reports to students and parents.

. Assign and evaluate practice work, quizzes, and assessments.

Classroom Management & Engagement

. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

. Maintain discipline and encourage active student participation.

. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning paces.

Parent & Stakeholder Communication

. Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to parents/guardians.

. Provide guidance on study techniques and exam preparation.

Administrative Duties

. Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records.
