SUBJECT TEACHER - YOUNGSTARTERS

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

. At least 2 years of teaching experience in Pre-School or Early Childhood Education

. Knowledge of early childhood development and play-based learning approaches

. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

. Teaching certification or early childhood qualification is an advantage

. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills for young learners

. Patient, nurturing, and attentive to children's needs

. Team-player, flexible, and able to multi-task

. Passionate about continuous professional development

JOB DETAILS:

. Organize and deliver the subject(s) curriculum and programs

. Plan lessons ang prepare learning materials and resources

. Provide a positive learning environment

. Ensure student's well-being and safety

. Engage parents for feedback on students progress and gaps

. Monitor and document students learning progress and gaps

. Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher

. ECA/CCA and student support

. Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management
