We are seeking a
Wholesale Banking Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong industry consulting experience to help define
data-driven business use cases and guide the development of
analytics and reporting solutions.
The consultant will work closely with internal teams to
review existing enterprise data assets, identify
high-impact use cases, and provide
strategic direction on the appropriate technology stack to enable measurable business outcomes.
This engagement will focus on establishing
clear KPIs, measurable business value, and a pipeline of use cases that can drive
revenue growth, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
Business & Industry Advisory
- Assess existing enterprise data landscape within wholesale banking operations.
- Identify high-value business use cases based on industry best practices and global banking experience.
- Translate business challenges into analytics and reporting opportunities.
Data & Analytics Strategy
- Evaluate available datasets and determine analytical opportunities.
- Define use cases for reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
- Recommend appropriate technology architecture and reporting stack.
Solution Direction & Mentoring
- Provide strategic guidance to internal delivery teams.
- Mentor and direct teams on how to operationalize use cases.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business outcomes and measurable KPIs.
