Role Overview
The Studio Manager leads the overall performance and day-to-day operations of REVL Rochester.
This role is accountable for studio growth, retention, and operational excellence, ensuring the consistent delivery of a high-standard REVL experience. The Studio Manager drives commercial performance, leads the coaching team, and upholds brand standards with discipline and maturity. This is a leadership role for someone motivated to build, grow, and operate a high-performing fitness studio. Strength and Conditioning experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Responsibilities
- Own weekly performance reporting across revenue, retention, utilisation, leads, and conversions.
- Drive membership growth by managing the full sales pipeline and achieving monthly targets.
- Improve retention and lifetime value through structured upsell and engagement initiatives.
- Optimise scheduling, capacity, and resources to maximise profitability and efficiency.
Operational Leadership
- Ensure smooth, safe operations aligned with REVL standards.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organisation, and equipment readiness.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing to optimise team performance.
- Uphold coaching, safety, and service standards across the team.
- Lead studio systems, technology, and execution of events and campaigns.
Member Experience and Community
- Oversee the full member journey from onboarding to long-term retention.
- Build an engaged, inclusive studio community.
- Maintain consistent member communication and develop aligned local partnerships.
Coaching Contribution
- Coach a defined number of classes per week.
- Demonstrate technical excellence and leadership on the gym floor.
- Support member progress and milestone tracking.
- Ensure upholding Revl Coach standards
