Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our FS8 Pilates studio. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for fitness, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, train, and motivate the studio team (instructors and front desk staff)
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
- Drive membership sales, retention, and overall studio performance
- Handle scheduling, staff rostering, and payroll coordination
- Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and implement strategies for growth
- Resolve client inquiries, feedback, and issues professionally
- Support marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role (fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fitness, Pilates, or wellness industry
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in boutique fitness studios (Pilates, yoga, or similar)
- Knowledge of studio management software (e.g., Mindbody)
- First Aid/CPR certification (a plus)
