Student Recruitment Specialist (International Markets Excluding China)

United Ceres College (UCC) is expanding internationally and looking for a curious, driven Student Recruitment Specialist who can spot opportunities, connect the dots, and help students find the right pathway forward. You will engage prospective students, guide them through their options, and convert interest into enrolments.

This is not a script-based role. You are encouraged to think, adapt, and solve real recruitment challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage prospective students and convert enquiries into successful enrolments

• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable academic pathways

• Guide students through applications and enrolment with clarity and confidence

• Contribute creative ideas to improve outreach and conversion outcomes

• Maintain accurate student records and handle data responsibly in line with PDPA

• Track performance and continuously refine recruitment approaches

• Collaborate with admissions, academic, and marketing teams to strengthen outcomes

What Will Set You Apart

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Strong understanding of the Singapore PEI landscape, including SSG and EduTrust

• Proven ability to meet enrolment targets

• Experience recruiting students from international markets beyond China

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Independent, adaptable, and comfortable solving problems on the go

Remuneration

• Basic salary plus commission, aligned with performance
