We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Student Recruitment Manager and invite talented individuals to join us in our mission.

The Role:

The Student Recruitment Manager will report directly to the Principal (Academic). The role is responsible for
driving student enrollment by promoting the institution's programs, building and managing relationships with schools and agents, and supporting prospective students throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Identify and pursue new student markets through schools, agents, education fairs, roadshows, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, education agents, and partner institutions.
  • Organize and represent the school at marketing events, open days, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Provide accurate course counseling and guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process.
  • Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into confirmed enrollments.
  • Monitor recruitment pipeline and prepare regular performance and enrollment reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support recruitment activities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for student growth.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the admission process.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in student recruitment within a private education institution is highly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in Asia, with exposure to markets beyond the region is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the higher education and student recruitment trends.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering impactful results within stipulated timelines.
