This role sits at the heart of the centre's daily operations and requires someone who is highly organised, operationally strong, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple moving parts without letting details slip.
This person will play a central role in shaping the day-to-day student and parent experience by ensuring that schedules are well coordinated, communication is clear, centre resources are properly managed, and in-centre operations run smoothly. The role also oversees in-house Student Success interns and supports the effective functioning of the centre as a whole.

Work closely with educators, parents, and internal team members to ensure strong coordination on lesson operations

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and operational details at once
Strong coordination ability and a high level of reliability in follow-through
Comfortable managing schedules, logistics, administrative systems, and day-to-day operational demands
Clear and professional communication skills, especially when dealing with parents and educators
Able to stay composed, organised, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across schedules, records, and communication
Comfortable supervising interns and coordinating operational support staff
Prior experience in personal assistant, office manager, customer service, centre administration, or similar coordination-heavy roles is strongly preferred
Highly organised and structured
Warm, professional, and service-oriented
Calm under pressure and operationally steady
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Proactive in spotting issues and resolving them early
Able to balance people management with strong execution
Comfortable working in an environment where priorities move quickly
