Supervise student discipline, detention, and school routines during keyperiods.
Perform home visits when required to support students and families.
Maintain accurate case records, reports, and student management documentation.
Liaise with teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders on student progress.
Assist with administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma or professional qualification in Youth Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, Behavioural Science, Social Services, Early Intervention Teaching, or a related field.
Passionate about working with children and youths, with a caring and positive attitude.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and student engagement skills.
Able to build rapport with students and facilitate small group discussions.
Able to conduct workshops such as stress management and time management.
Uses professional and respectful communication when interacting with students
