Student Management Support Officer School (Bukit Panjang)

Contract:

• Sep 2026 onwards, with potential extension

Deployment:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours:
  Mon-Thu: 6:45 AM-4:00 PM
  Friday: 6:45 AM-3:30 PM
• School holidays: Generally no deployment, except when requested by the school.

Responsibilities

• Support the school's Discipline Team in student management.
• Maintain student discipline and orderliness within school premises.
• Conduct school patrols, including canteen, traffic and student activity areas.
• Manage students under detention and assist with missing-student or behavioural incidents.
• Support case management for at-risk students.
• Conduct investigations into student incidents.
• Take statements from students and prepare incident reports.
• Assist with house visits and follow-up communication with parents.
• Conduct student attire, appearance and neatness checks.
• Supervise and engage students requiring additional support.
• Assist during school functions and activities.
• Participate in student-management meetings.
• Support school staff in handling investigations and disciplinary incidents.
• Maintain case records and perform basic data entry.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in an enforcement agency.
• Able to communicate effectively with young students and build good rapport.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Able to prepare incident reports in English.
• Basic Microsoft Office and data-entry skills.
• Patient, firm and able to manage challenging student behavior.
• Service-oriented, meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to handle sensitive cases professionally and confidentially.

Advantageous:

• Former SPF / Auxiliary Police / other enforcement background.
• Previous MOE school experience.
• Primary-school student-management experience.
• Investigation and statement-taking experience.
• Youth case-management experience.
