Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations
- Handle student and parent administrative matters, including behaviour concerns
- Guide and support staff, and assign duties
- Plan and supervise student activities such as field trips, group work, and daily tasks
- Teach P1-P5 academic subjects when required
- Maintain strong, committed attendance and reliability
Requirements:
- Experience in student care, childcare, education, or related fields (preferred)
- Familiar with primary school syllabus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Patient, responsible, and able to work well with children and staff
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certification or diploma in education/student care/child-related fields (minimum O-Level qualification)
