Job Summary
Provide attentive supervision and guidance to students in a premium student care centre, delivering educational support and enrichment activities that foster character development and life skills in a safe and positive environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise students consistently to ensure their safety, well-being, and discipline throughout the care centre hours
- Guide and support students in completing school homework and assignments to reinforce learning outcomes
- Plan and deliver learning and enrichment activities that actively promote character development and essential life skills
- Conduct engaging lessons and activities in English or Chinese aligned with your teaching strengths to enhance student learning
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to sustain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents or guardians regarding students progress and development when required
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong proficiency in English or Chinese to effectively deliver lessons and communicate with students and parents
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in student care or the education sector demonstrating capability to manage and support children
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Genuine passion for working with children to foster a nurturing and motivating atmosphere
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills to maintain discipline and engagement

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10.00am - 7.00pm
