Job Overview:
As a Student Care Mentor, you will support the daily care and development of children, ensuring a safe, engaging, and structured environment in the centre.
Job Description:
- Provide daily care, supervision, and guidance to children in the centre
- Fetch children from schools or designated pick-up points
- Support children with homework and school-related work
- Conduct simple enrichment or tuition activities when required
- Assist with daily routines, including tea breaks and mealtimes
- Support the planning and execution of holiday programmes and activities
- Communicate daily updates or observations to supervisors
- Maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the centre
- Follow centre policies and safety procedures at all times
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Centre Supervisor/ Management
Requirements:
- With student care teacher experiences preferred.
- Shift work is required during school holiday.
