STUDENT CARE CENTRE PRINCIPAL / VICE-PRINCIPAL

Position: Principal / Vice-Principal

Salary: S$3,200 - S$5,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Principal - Key Responsibilities

. Oversee the overall daily operations of the student care centre.

. Lead, supervise and manage teaching and administrative staff.

. Plan and implement student programmes and enrichment activities.

. Ensure students safety, discipline and well-being.

. Communicate professionally with parents and address feedback.

. Manage staff schedules, centre activities and daily operations.

. Monitor teaching quality and student development.

. Develop and maintain good relationships with parents and the community.

. Ensure the centre operates according to relevant requirements and policies.

. Drive enrolment, retention and overall centre performance.

Vice-Principal - Key Responsibilities

. Assist the Principal in managing the daily operations of the centre.

. Supervise teachers and support staff.

. Assist with student supervision, programmes and activities.

. Support communication with parents.

. Handle day-to-day operational matters in the Principal's absence.

. Assist in maintaining discipline, safety and service standards.

. Support administrative and programme planning.

Requirements

. Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.

. Previous experience in student care, education, childcare or school operations.

. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Responsible, organised and able to manage a team.

. Passionate about working with primary school children.

. Able to work independently and take initiative.

Salary:

Vice-Principal: S$3,200-S$3,800/month

Principal: S$3,800-S$5,000/month

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
