about the job
- Design and structure credit-based solutions for the institution's clients, which includes engaging in client discussions, generating ideas, negotiating documentation, and delivering presentations.
- Originate and structure a variety of deals, including credit derivatives and hedging products
- Oversee the end-to-end internal approvals process for new products and transactions.
- Lead medium-scale projects, including new product proposals, by identifying necessary resources, tracking performance and follow through on successful product approval.
- Establish and refine policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all activities adhere to applicable regulatory and compliance mandates.

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative field
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in structuring credit derivatives
