Pricing and developing financial solutions for structured products across Equity, Credit and FX
Conduct day-to-day BAU for structured products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies
Pre-trade marketing and post-sales efforts including pitchbook preparation and participation in client meetings
Payoff Risk and P&L impact pre-trade and post-trade scenario analysis
Participation in the launch of new products, features, and capabilities including defining the product/feature and go-to-market strategy through both RM and digital channels
Ensure end to end product readiness and robustness for product sales, and full compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank's internal policies
Manage internal and external investment partners and/or vendor relationships, engage in negotiations, manage ongoing relationships, and prepare agreements
Work with team members to ensure adequate dealing coverage at all times.
Job Responsible
Minimal 3 years related experience in structured products especially FX/Bond/Equity-linked products, with solid understanding of end-to-end process
Degree in economics, investments or finance will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, with ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Pro-active, self-starter and goal orientated. Possess teamwork skills such as listening, communication and conflict management
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires written communication in Traditional Chinese with Mandarin-speaking colleagues in Taiwan and Wealth Management customers in Greater China.
