FX / Structured Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-trade monitoring.
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements or restructuring where applicable.
- Maintain product documentation, term sheets, approvals, and governance records.
- Partner with sales and relationship managers to understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and educational content for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support client discussions regarding product mechanics, risks, and investment rationale.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and suitability requirements.
- Support product approval committees and audit reviews, including scenario analysis, stress testing, risk assessments, system testing/enhancement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in structured products, derivatives, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of: Derivatives pricing, Financial markets, Fixed income and equity-linked products
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting structured products.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
