Structural Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all structural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing and submitting inspection requests and Inspection Forms for RTO inspections.
• Conduct daily site checks, coordinate with RTO, consultants, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure QA/QC control of structural works, verifying workmanship and materials before inspection.
• Liaise closely with subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues and ensure timely completion of structural activities.
• Maintain proper site documentation, records of inspection requests, and QAQC reports.
• Report to the Structural Engineer/Project Manager on work progress, issues, and non-conformance matters.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and good housekeeping on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE Certificate in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supervising structural works within the construction industry.
• Familiar with local codes, standards, and RTO inspection procedures.
• Hands-on experience in QA/QC checks, site coordination, and inspection documentation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors and site workers.
