Structural Engineer (C&S)

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and development of projects.
• Develop engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptual to schematic and detailed designs.
• Conduct project assessments and is able to provide feasible and creative solutions based on the assessment results.
• Participate in the tendering processes and monitors the work of contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain overall records of drawing registers, RFI and shop drawings for ISO standard compliance.
• Resolve design and construction issues by liaising and instructing contractors.
• Attend technical meetings and site survey to resolve work site issues.
• Plan the team's manpower allocation and provides on-the-job coaching to junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent
• 5 7 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Positive attitude & meticulous, has an eye for details
• Good communication & inter-personal skills, team-player
• Fast learner & ability to multi-task & work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Powerpoint.
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
