Structural Associate

. Maintain good client relations.

. Work closely with other engineering divisions and external parties.

. Participate in the tendering of projects.

. Lead in providing engineering solutions and strategy to complex problems.

. Provide technical leadership and perform engineering design reviews.

. Training and mentoring juniors.

. Design management, coordination and project control on major projects.

. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).

. More than 8 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice.

. Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.

. Strong analytical skills and have good knowledge of design software.

. Good supervision and project management skills.

. Able to work under pressure with good planning, organizational and time management skill.

. Being a Professional Engineer is an advantage.

. Experienced in the design and design management of major geotechnical building works and/or infrastructure works will be an advantage.
