Job Summary:

The Strategy Planning Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring the company's long-term business strategies within the construction sector. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position plays a key role in guiding management decisions to achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with the company's vision and objectives.

Conduct market and industry analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive trends in the construction sector.

Work closely with senior management to define growth strategies, project pipelines, and expansion initiatives.

Evaluate company performance metrics, financial results, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

Lead strategic planning sessions and prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Support project feasibility studies, tender strategies, and investment planning.

Coordinate with project, finance, operations, and business development teams to ensure strategic alignment across departments.

Monitor progress of key strategic projects and prepare periodic status updates.

Identify potential partnerships, mergers, or diversification opportunities in line with the company's business plan.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations related to construction operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Strategic Management is preferred.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the construction or infrastructure industry, including at least 3 years in strategic or planning roles.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project evaluation skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data analysis software.
