We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to support the company's commercial, strategic and operational priorities. The role will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams, with exposure to partnerships, business development, product implementation and company operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support strategic initiatives across commercial growth, partnerships and market development
• Develop business proposals, partnership models, presentations and internal analyses
• Coordinate the implementation of projects with healthcare providers, corporate partners and other external stakeholders
• Track project timelines, deliverables, commercial opportunities and key follow-up actions
• Support business development activities, including partner research, meeting preparation and commercial follow-through
• Work with product, clinical and technical teams to support deployment of new initiatives
• Develop and improve internal processes, reporting systems and operating workflows
• Support selected management priorities, including fundraising, expansion initiatives and strategic planning
• Identify operational issues and work with relevant stakeholders to drive resolution
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, Life Sciences or a related discipline
• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Commercial awareness and an interest in healthcare and technology
• Prior experience in consulting, startups, healthcare, business development or strategy is advantageous but not required
