Responsibilities
- Develop and implement mid-to-long-term business strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to inform strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects and ensure alignment across departments.
- Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and investment proposals for new initiatives.
- Support senior management with strategic presentations, reports, and decision-making materials.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 57+ years of experience in business strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Korean language to communicate efficiently with the Korean management team.

- Compensation: Basic Salary up to SGD 8,000 (negotiable based on the qualifications), Allowances, AWS, and variable bonus provided.
