Job Description

Location: Singapore

We are working with a reputable financial institution to identify a Strategy & Business Planning Officer who will play a key role in driving business growth, strategic initiatives, and executive-level planning.

This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for candidates with a background in banking, financial services, or management consulting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

Support the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and market expansion

Work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with teams across wealth management, corporate banking, treasury, operations, risk, and compliance

Ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic objectives across business units

3. Business Analysis & Insights

Conduct market, financial, and operational analysis to support decision-making and resource allocation

Monitor performance of strategic initiatives and recommend enhancements

4. Executive Support & Communications

Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business plans for senior management

Support executive communications including memos, presentations, talking points, and other materials

5. Project & Stakeholder Management

Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

Engage and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization

6. Events & Engagement

Plan and coordinate client-focused events, particularly for private banking and institutional segments

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Around 5–7 years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, or financial services
  • Proven experience in delivering strategic initiatives and business planning projects
