Job Summary
You will lead recruitment, scheduling, and operational management of cleaning teams to deliver excellent service, resolve client issues, and support business growth through process improvements and collaboration with sales and department heads.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview cleaning workers from internal leads to build a reliable team
- Schedule cleaning staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Manage new cleaning job assignments to optimize team workload and client satisfaction
- Conduct site visits to engage clients and promote service contracts
- Address performance issues with cleaners and offboard those who do not meet standards
- Resolve escalated client concerns in coordination with Customer Service to maintain service quality
- Collaborate with sales to provide operational insights for large tender quotations
- Monitor workforce levels to meet contract requirements within your sector
- Partner with department heads to enhance work processes and contribute to business growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Effective communication skills in Mandarin to support interactions with diverse candidates and clients
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and client relationships
Other Information
- Full-time position with working hours from 9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
- One day per week work-from-home option, with the ability to accumulate days for extended WFH periods
- Salary range: S$3,400 to S$4,400
