We're hiring a Strategy Associate to work closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team in a highly visible role. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of management consulting experience looking to move into an in-house strategy / execution role within financial services.
What you'll do
- Build executive-level decks, memos and briefings for senior leadership
- Support bank-wide strategic initiatives and management forums
- Act as PM / PMO on key projects (plans, milestones, status updates)
- Coordinate Board, governance and regulatory materials
- Conduct structured analysis and translate complexity into clear, concise insights
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting (strategy / ops; banking exposure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent PowerPoint & Excel; confident with senior-facing outputs
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, senior stakeholders, and tight timelines
