Job Responsibility:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's annual and long-term strategic plans.
- Work with senior and middle management to align department goals, initiatives and performance expectations
- Manage strategic and operational projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely follow-through and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards and performance tracking tools to support accurate reporting.
- Coordinate monthly, mid-year and year-end business reviews and prepare performance insights for senior management and HQ.
- Analyse operational and financial performance, identify gaps, and propose improvement measures to help departments meet their targets.
- Prepare reports, presentations and submissions, including HQ and regional reporting requirements when necessary.
- Monitor market and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead or support initiatives that enhance productivity, workflow efficiency, food safety and organisational processes.
- Apply data analytics to identify trends, improve processes and support continuous improvement across the company.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all functions to ensure smooth communication, project alignment and resource optimisation.
- Develop contingency plans to support business continuity and risk mitigation.
- Support new business assessments and related studies when required.
- Carry out any additional assignments that contribute to company and department development.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Finance, Business or Marketing
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word Power BI or other analytical tools will be beneficial.
- 3-5 years of Progressive Strategy, Business Development, Finance Management, Sales and Marketing Development Management.
- Preferably with experience in FMCG or similar environments and equipped with practical project management experience.
- Understanding of data structures and data analysis techniques.
