- Responsible for supporting the end-to-end migration from Avaloq to Aladdin.
- Works with Front Office, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current Avaloq processes and defines future-state workflows in Aladdin.
- Performs detailed gap analysis between Avaloq and Aladdin functionalities.
- Leads data mapping of positions, transactions, accounts, cash, and instruments for migration.
- Supports data validation, cleansing, transformation rules, and reconciliation activities.
- Creates and executes UAT/SIT test scenarios and coordinates defect resolution.
- Ensures smooth integration between Aladdin and all upstream/downstream systems.
- Provides stakeholder communication, workshops, and user training during transition.
- Supports cutover activities, mock migrations, and go-live readiness with minimal operational disruption.
