Job Description:

As part of the Strategy & Transformation Office which sits within the Corporate Development Unit, we are seeking a Strategy, Analyst / Senior Analyst to support enterprise-wide strategy and transformation initiatives.

This role works closely with senior management and business units to drive strategic priorities, support the implementation of transformation programmes, and support alignment across the organisation. The role provides exposure to strategy planning cycles, performance management, and organisational governance.

At times, this role may also collaborate with adjacent teams within the Corporate Development Unit, such as Corporate Communications and Corporate Resources.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Transformation Support

  • Support the rollout and monitoring of enterprise transformation programmes, including tracking of initiatives, progress, and KPIs
  • Assist in preparing materials for senior management, including updates, insights, and recommendations
  • Coordinate across business units to support alignment and the timely execution of strategic priorities

2. Strategy Workshops & Engagement

  • Support the planning and execution of strategy and alignment workshops, including agenda development, materials preparation, and logistics
  • Capture key discussion points and insights from workshops
  • Translate workshop outputs into clear action plans and follow-up initiatives

3. Business Analysis & Problem Solving

  • Conduct analysis on business and operational issues, including identifying performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Gather and analyse data to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Support the development of practical and implementable recommendations

4. Governance & Meeting Support

  • Support leadership and working-level meetings, including coordination of agendas and materials
  • Prepare clear and concise minutes, capturing key decisions and action items
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely closure across stakeholders

5. Administrative & Ad-hoc Support

  • Provide general support to the team as required
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting (e.g. Big 4, boutique firms) or in-house roles in corporate strategy, planning, or PMO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure issues and work through ambiguity
  • Good communication skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel familiarity with AI tools is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage deliverables under tight timelines
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across functions
  • Team player
  • Familiarity with the public sector or built environment is an advantage
